Alison O'Connor is a founding member of Carlton Hodges. She graduated from Leeds University with a BA Hons in History. After a brief spell in HR with ICI she moved into the recruitment industry with a boutique insurance headhunting company Dixon Delves & Andrews where she led the research unit prior to joining Korn Ferry International.

Alison moved into the insurance industry itself with Beazley leading the global recruitment strategy. At Beazley Alison assisted in both growing the existing business and entering new product lines and geographies by attracting talented individuals. She focuses on senior roles within the general insurance market.
