Cathy Carroll is a founding member of Carlton Hodges. She holds a BA Hons in History and underpins her strong practical recruitment experience with a sound theoretical knowledge having completed a MSc in Human Resources Management in 2007.

Cathy started her recruitment career in 2000 at Darwin Rhodes where over a period of nine years she established them as a key player in the actuarial recruitment industry. Under her management the London actuarial practice achieved its greatest success. Cathy specialises in non-life actuaries in the Lloyd's and London market.
