Zoe Bolton specialises in non-life actuaries in the Lloyd's and London market. She graduated from Manchester University with a BA Hons in French, and subsequently went into PR with Ogilvy Public Relations.

In 1999 Zoe entered the recruitment industry, joining Darwin Rhodes, a specialist insurance recruitment firm, where she latterly became Joint Managing Director. In 2007 she joined Marshall Warburton, an executive search firm, to establish the Actuarial and Insurance practice. She went on to found Carlton Hodges in 2009.
